return and refund policy

You have 14 calendar days cooling off period to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and include any accessories that were included in the original sale. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Each mod is sold as seen so we highly recommend that you thoroughly check all photos of the 360 degree view of each mod that you choose before purchasing (a zoom in feature is available if you click on the gallery photos). We will not entertain any claims for imperfections on the mod. If you are not happy with the appearance of your mod we will refund the cost of the mod minus a £15 restocking fee, the original card payment provider's fee that we were charged which is between 3-5% of the total sale price and we will also not refund any extra charges that you may of originally paid for shipping (this includes early deliveries, weekends and international deliveries). You will also be responsible for any return shipping fees to us.

Faulty Mods

All mods are tested by us at Stab Wood Mods before being shipped to ensure that they are in excellent condition and in full working order.  In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015: You have 30 days to reject your goods if they are of an unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and receive a full refund. If you return an item as faulty after 30 days but within 6 months of purchase, then the onus is on Stab Wood Mods to prove otherwise. However, after 6 months the liability shifts and you (the consumer) will need to prove that the fault was present at the time of sale before a refund will be granted. In the unlikely event that your Stab Wood Mod develops a fault we ask that you return it to us at Unit 25 Knightsbridge Business Centre, Knightsbridge, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL51 9TA. We highly recommend a tracked service for this. Please allow us 2 working days to investigate any faults. Any fault found will either be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Faults are not covered by incorrect usage, e-liquid spillages, accidental damage, tampering or any repairs or modifications. If the mod is found not to have any fault then we will return it to you after we receive return postage costs from you (the consumer).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item within 2 working days.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.   You will receive the refund within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We will not refund a faulty mod if damage has been caused by incorrect usage, e-liquid spillages, accidental damage, tampering or any repairs or modifications not carried out by Stab Wood Mods.
